Start rolling up your sleeves: The Logistics Lead is responsible for managing the logistics team to deliver an outstanding warehouse experience. This role combines hands-on operational execution with people leadership, process control, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable business performance. Own the day-to-day success of the logistics of our warehouse by leading people, bikes, and processes to create a safe, fun, and seamless experience for the business and team every single day. How you pedal us forward! - Manage and mentor a team of up to 8 logistics employees, including Logistic Operators and Logistic Coordinators - Manage the movement of up to 100 crafters per month to and from stores and act as the primary point of contact for stores coordination and transportation routing - Drive the use of SAP and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) processes, including overseeing truck planning and inbound/outbound deliveries of spare parts - Ensure highly accurate stock levels within the system and physically organize regular stock counts - Responsible for all reverse logistics including picking up bikes at the municipality dep...
