Logistic Engineering Manager

- MCO-Health - AlmereMCO Health MCO-Health JobID=-) As a Logistic Engineering Manager, you will lead strategic warehouse automation and intralogistics projects within a highly automated manufacturing environment. You will drive the implementation of advanced material handling solutions and ensure seamless integration between logistics, automation and production systems. • Lead intralogistics and warehouse automation projects from concept to implementation; • Develop and implement ASRS, AGV and AMR solutions; • Define material flow concepts, storage strategies and logistics processes; • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and IT; • Manage supplier selection, technical evaluations and system integration activities; • Oversee installation, commissioning, testing and operational handover; • Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines and deliverables; • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse automation and material handling processes. What we are looking for: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automation or a related field; • 6-10 years of experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics or material handling projects; • Experience with ASRS, shuttle systems, automated warehouses or rack solutions; • Hands-on experience with AGV and AMR technologies; • Knowledge of WMS, MES, ERP and SAP systems; • Experience leading large-scale engineering projects from design to start-up; • Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills; • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
