As a Line Operator, you will work in our modern packing facility in Horst, where we sort and pack blueberries year-round for customers across the globe. You ensure that the packaging lines run smoothly and that every punnet leaves the facility in perfect condition. What you will do - Set up and operate our modern packaging machines and monitor the packaging process. - Adjust machine setups, resolve minor technical issues and safeguard the quality of the final product. - Work closely with team leaders, quality controllers and technical staff to keep operations running smoothly. - Motivate and guide colleagues on the line. - Ensure that hygiene and safety regulations are always followed. - Record process data and contribute ideas for improvements. In short: you are the key player on the production floor, making sure everything runs efficiently. Who you are - You have vocational-level education (MBO) and technical insight. - You have experience with, or affinity for, production and technology. - You have a good command of English; Dutch or Polish is a plus. - You enjoy working in a team, stay calm under pressure and take action when needed. - You are flexible in working hours (you work on Saturday every other week). - You have a positive mindset and think in solutions.
