Your work includes: • Supporting 's alternative investment teams (Private Equity, Farmland, Non-Listed Real Estate, Infrastructure, Impact) with their investments; • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating investment management agreements, fund documentation, LPA's, side letters; • Providing legal advice on investment management products, mandates and fund structures (UCITS, AIFs, discretionary mandates); • Identifying legal developments in (European) laws and regulations and contributing to their practical implementation. • A master's degree in Dutch or European law, including civil law. • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in private practice as lawyer and/or inhouse legal counsel at a financial institution. • Knowledge of private equity structures and documentation, as well as financial regulatory law, particularly in the areas of collective investments and asset management - or the motivation to develop this knowledge further. • A keen desire to learn, coupled with the ambition and energy to develop yourself further, both professionally and personally, as well as incorporating and embracing AI in your work. • A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, enabling you to translate legal issues into clear and actionable solutions for the business. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. • You have excellent command of English, both in writing and orally. As Legal Counsel Investment Management, you will also be given: • a gross monthly salary between € , commensurate with your knowledge and experience. • additional flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (containing a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance & 7 extra legal leave days) You can utilize this by buying a bike, monthly gym membership, but also to save up for a sabbatical!
