To support our growing organization, we are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Legal Counsel with approximately 3-5 years of experience to support the Senior Legal Officer in managing our legal governance, and corporate activities and agreements at the level of HighTechXL and our portfolio companies. As a member of the legal team, and in partnership with the Senior Legal Officer you will provide practical legal and administrative support across contract management, corporate governance, fundraising transactions, compliance, and legal operations. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment and collaborating with founders, investors, and business teams. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Senior Legal Officer in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, NDAs, collaboration agreements, partnership agreements, and other ancillary documentation. • Assist with fundraising and investment transactions, including preparing legal documents, coordinating due diligence processes, and maintaining transaction records. • Prepare shareholder and board meeting documentation, resolutions, minutes, and corporate filings. • Maintain legal processes to store corporate records, legal documentation, and contract databases for the venture builder and portfolio companies. • Coordinate with external legal advisors, notaries, investors, and internal stakeholders. • Support intellectual pro...
