As a Talent & Performance Lead, you play an important role in the development and sustainable employability of our engineers. Within the Talent & Performance domain, you help create an environment where professionals continue to grow and teams perform at their best. What makes this role unique is that, together with two fellow Talent & Performance Leads, you shape the strategy for employee development while also being responsible for its execution.
