You'll remain directly involved in challenging solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, whilst at the same time helping to develop a team of project managers and work planners. You'll be given a great deal of freedom, responsibility and influence - not only in the projects you carry out, but also in the way our project organisation continues to develop. About ProfiNRG ProfiNRG is one of the leading players in the Dutch renewable energy sector. For more than ten years, we have been developing, implementing and maintaining large-scale solar and BESS projects in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and utility markets. Based in Utrecht, we work every day on smart energy solutions such as solar panels, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), energy management systems (EMS) and EV charging solutions. Due to our growth both in the Netherlands and internationally, we are looking to expand our team. The Role If Senior Project Manager / Team Leader for Solar & BESS within C&I you combine two roles. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of several solar and BESS projects, and you will be the first point of contact for a team of project managers and work planners.
