Lead Product Management & Marketing • 40 uur • HBO/WO • Venray Your impact As Lead Product Management & Marketing, you are primarily responsible for our core being: our own brands and our product portfolio. Together with your team, you initiate and manage the development, monitoring, and continued expansion of a distinctive and future-proof range. You report directly to the Commercial Director. You will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle management: from market insight and needs assessment to concrete product development, positioning, and marketing. You will ensure that new opportunities are translated into scalable solutions and that existing products are continuously developed and optimised. In this role, you will liaise intensively with sales, procurement, and quality. You will translate the principles from these disciplines - commercial, operational, and substantive - into concrete product developments and effective portfolio management. You combine data-driven working and market analysis with a keen sense of the market. You know how to understand figures and translate them into targeted choices and solutions that contribute to growth and distinctiveness. In addition, you are a strong people manager who leads the Product Management & Marketing department and, together with the team, ensures focus, development, and results. What will you do? • Responsible for the development, management and further expansion of our product portfolio and our own brands • Initiating and managing product developments and introductions • Translating market insights, customer needs, and internal input into concrete products and propositions • Analysing market developments, sales figures and margins, and actively managing these. • Ensuring quality, consistency, and range positioning • Liaising with sales, purchasing, and quality to arrive at the correct product solutions • Managing, coaching and developing the Product Management & Marketing department • Steering towards portfolio performance, revenue, and margin targets About the team You lead a professional and driven team consisting of 5 product managers, 1 brand manager, 1 marketer, and 1 product management assistant. You create clear focus and structure and ensure that the team contributes optimally to the growth and further professionalisation of our brands and portfolio. Who are you? You are an experienced product management professional with strong analytical skills and a well-developed market sense. You know how to translate data into direction and concrete actions, and you bring your team along with you. • Extensive experience in product management, with an emphasis on portfolio development • Strong in market analysis and interpreting figures and data • Able to translate customer needs into concrete products and solutions • Experience in building and positioning (own) brands • Demonstrable experience in managing and developing teams • Commercially strong, decisive and results-oriented • An affinity for healthcare is a plus.
