Lead Front-end Developer

Our client makes factories smarter by selling software as a service that links products, machines, suppliers and customers. The software helps its customers to work more pleasantly and productively. Users enjoy an intuitive web interface and Apps that are just as simple and fun as non-business Apps on your mobile phone. For this young, innovative and growing company in the east of the country, we are looking for a Lead Front-end Developer. It is your job to perfect and implement the UX down to the last detail; Furthermore, you not only solve the problems you encounter, you find out what is really going on and think ahead - and then implement a constructive solution; You keep yourself and your colleagues informed of the latest developments in your field; You get excited about new technology such as ES6, PostCSS, Angular 2, Offline APIs, Web Components; You are responsible for code reviews, test driven development and continuous integration; You manage external freelancers who carry out partial assignments. We ask: You have at least 5 years of experience as a Front-end / JavaScript developer; You are an expert in front-end development; You are familiar with and apply HTML5 web standards; Knowledge and experience with: Angular2 / React / Knock-Out, WebApi2, SQL; Mastery of the English language, written and oral; Key competencies are analytical, self-organizing and customer-driven. In terms of personality, we are looking for the type of driven co-entrepreneur rather than someone who only sees himself as an employee.
