Core responsibilities - Lead end-to-end ExStream CCM development, including design, build, testing, deployment, and production support. - Translate business requirements into scalable templates, compositions, and output workflows. - Develop and maintain ExStream applications, rules, scripts, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems. - Ensure document accuracy, branding consistency, accessibility, and regulatory compliance. - Optimize performance for batch and on-demand generation; troubleshoot defects and production issues. - Define development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers. - Collaborate with product owners, analysts, QA, and operations to deliver releases on schedule. Required skills and experience - OpenText ExStream expertise in template development, composition, and output management. - Experience with CCM architectures, high-volume document generation, and multi-channel delivery. - Strong skills in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical documentation. - Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning; familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices. - Working knowledge of data formats and integrations (e.g., XML, JSON, databases, APIs). - Leadership experience guiding teams, managing priorities, and communicating with stakeholders. ...
