Are you the mid-career legal professional who will play a key role in achieving them? The Apeldoorn Land Management Unit, together with the Property Management Unit, has been incorporated into the Property and Land Department. Within the department, various colleagues work on the tasks that help shape the city's growth and future. You'll do this by working on specific areas with colleagues within the department, but often also as part of projects where, 37 under the guidance of a project leader, you'll colla 3FC0 borate with colleagues from other disciplines within our organisation. What are you going to do? You will be working in a team comprising three senior private law solicitors, two legal assistants, a tax lawyer and a temporary private law solicitor. You will draft preliminary agreements, sale and purchase agreements or partnership agreements with developers, housing associations and other partners. You will be involved in drafting sale and lease agreements, as well as agreements relating to real rights, including building rights and leasehold rights. In addition, you will review notarial deeds and help to improve model agreements. You will collaborate with your fellow lawyers, including to draw on each other's expertise. You will be part of project teams in which you will contribute your legal knowledge to the realisation of spatial development projects. You will provide solicited and unsolicited legal advice to colleagues and act as a sparring partner for colleagues within the Property and Land department and those with whom you work on projects. What are you bringing with you? You have relevant work experience as a lawyer in the fields of property, land matters and area development. You are persuasive and have good communication skills (both verbal and written). You are able to convey your advice clearly at both the civil service and executive levels and have a keen 'political instinct'. You think in terms of possibilities, but are also able to bring a sharp focus to the discussion where necessary, and you stand by your advice. In addition: • Have you completed a law degree at higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) level; • Do you have at least 4-5 years' relevant work experience, preferably within a government or semi-government organisation; • Do you have the ability to draft various contracts independently, including, at the very least, preliminary agreements; • Do you consider the quality and accuracy of your work to be important, and do you take it for granted that you actively ensure your knowledge of the field remains up to date?.
