Sunvest has offices in Utrecht, Paris and Hannover. We are looking for a Late-Stage Project Developer to strengthen our team in Utrecht. What are you going to do? In this job you work on the development of Sunvest's solar projects in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities include: • Assisting in or leading in the development of nature-friendly agricultural solar parks and BESS projects; • Assisting in or leading in the contracting and financing of nature-friendly agricultural solar parks and BESS projects, bringing the projects to financial close and realization; • Securing PPAs, aggregation contracts, insurance contracts, EPC OM contracts et cetera; • Outsourcing to and guidance from advisors; • Ensure the bankability of all permits, permissions and contracts for the project; You report to management team of Sunvest. For individual projects you are an integral part of our project development and contracting and financing teams and you work together with the project manager and the project partner. You will work in a young, international, close-knit and dynamic team with an enormous drive to realize projects. Job requirements: You are enthusiastic and take initiative and take responsibility for your work. You can organize well and work carefully and accurately. Furthermore you have/are: • A Master's degree in economics or similar relevant study; • Strong attention to contractual details and a high degree of accuracy • Comfortable working with financial structures and project financing • Ability to take a project through to financial close • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written; • Knowledge of a third language, such as French or German, is an advantage; • Experience with project development and contracting; • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
