As a cornerstone of this commitment, we pursue a Responsible Sourcing Program to promote the use and marketing of legal and environmentally responsible EUDR relevant products. 2 Legality We are committed to sourcing products that have been produced, processed and traded in accordance with applicable legislation in the country where they were originally harvested or produced, as well as throughout the global supply chain. By applicable legislation we refer to the following types of legislation applicable to the harvest and trade of deforestation-free products. This definition aims to comply with international requirements such as those applied in the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR), EU Deforestation-free Regulation (EUDR), the US Lacey Act and the Australian Illegal Logging Prohibition Act: 1.
