For one of our clients in Houten, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. You will join the company directly and take on a varied role in which you will work closely with key business customers, ensuring that transport processes run smoothly from start to finish. What are you going to do? As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering outstanding service. You will oversee transport processes from A to Z and act as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers. Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments, you will ensure efficient solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key business customers. - Handling customer inquiries, support tickets and transport requests, while providing effective solutions. - Monitoring shipments and managing cases involving missing shipments, claims and transport damages. - Preparing and analysing customer and performance reports. - Collaborating with departments such as Sales, Import & Export, Finance and Warehouse Operations to deliver the best possible service.
