For our location in Sint-Oedenrode , we Sint-Oedenrode looking for a Junior Grower who wants to help care for and cultivate our strawberries. Sint-Oedenrode Full-time €3,000 - €4,140 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek What are you going to do? Check the crops daily and ensure that the plants are growing optimally. Work with the site manager and the operations manager to improve cultivation processes. Help collect and record crop data. Share your observations and ideas with the site manager. Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment. What do you bring to the table? A passion for plants and an interest in cultivation. A willingness to learn, attention to detail, and an enthusiastic attitude. Relevant vocational or higher vocational education (plant cultivation, horticulture, or similar) or experience in the sector. You are able to work independently. You are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English. You are flexible and willing to work extra hours during peak periods. What do we offer you?
