From temporary emergency power to battery systems or complex grid takeovers: whatever we install must work. Behind every successful project lies good preparation. Materials must be available on time, work must be done correctly and we must be able to adapt quickly on-site. You'll play a key role in this. As a Junior Project Engineer, you'll learn how our projects are carried out from preparation through execution. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually grow into an independent role where you'll oversee projects from start to finish. You won't just be sitting behind a desk, you'll also regularly visit project sites to see how plans are implemented in practice and where improvements can be made. This is what you'll be doing As a Junior Project Engineer, you'll ensure that projects are well-prepared and run smoothly. - You'll assist with the preparation and organization of projects. - You'll ensure that materials, documents and resources are available on time. - You'll coordinate work with colleagues, suppliers and field teams. - You'll visit project sites and monitor the progress of work. - You'll identify additional and reduced scopes of work and document these for the client. - You'll assist with cost estimates and project administration. - You'll contribute ideas for smart solutions and improvements in project execution. - You'll develop, step by step, into an independent Project Manager.
