What will you do? - Operate and monitor automated production and packaging lines. - Check whether machines and production processes are running correctly. - Perform quality checks on cheese products and packaging. - Record production results and any deviations. - Set up, adjust and change machine settings. - Identify minor technical issues. - Learn to solve simple malfunctions independently. - Contact an experienced operator or the technical team for more complex problems. - Follow all hygiene, food-safety and workplace-safety procedures. - Keep the machinery and working area clean and organised. - Suggest practical improvements to safety, quality or production.
