As a Junior/Medior Regulatory Finding Manager (Non-Financial Risk Specialist) in the Regulatory Finding Management team, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of regulatory finding management across the bank. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influence decision-making processes, and ensure ABN AMRO is equipped to address regulatory findings at a strategic level. This role focuses on maintaining oversight, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality assurance in closing findings. Additionally, this role provides expert advisory on findings closure. The role will conduct holistic root cause and impact analyses across processes and products, to address broader issues pro-actively as to minimise and prevent the occurrence of regulatory findings across the bank. The role requires close collaboration with other departments across Risk and Compliance, especially where expert input is required.
