Job Description As a junior site manager, you'll progress to the role of independent site manager. You'll assist with the day-to-day management of construction projects and develop your skills step by step in the areas of personnel, logistics, quality, budget, and scheduling. Projects range from smaller projects of approximately €200,000.00 to larger projects of approximately €2,000,000.00 within the finishing sector. You will primarily work with metal-stud walls and ceilings, carpentry, and suspended ceilings. Together with the site manager, you will serve as the point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and you will learn to identify additional and reduced scope of work, monitor quality, supervise construction site staff, and keep the project on schedule. In addition, you will develop knowledge of the applicable rules and regulations in the construction industry.
