Key responsibilities - Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries. - Prepare and validate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and management dashboards. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; investigate deviations and propose corrective actions. - Maintain and improve controlling processes, documentation, and internal controls. - Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely submissions. - Monitor working capital items (AR/AP) and support cash management activities. - Contribute to finance projects such as ERP/reporting enhancements and process automation. Required skills and qualifications - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; first controlling/accounting experience is a plus. - Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and reconciliation methods. - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools preferred. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a close cycle. - Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions....
