As Customer Excellence Analyst, you know the secrets of turning complex data into understandable insights. You will become part of a team that combines model monitoring, customer excellence and business impact analysis. You will help monitor the core models used within the credit risk domain (including IRB, IFRS9, EW models), perform analyses, improve data quality and support decision-making across the organisation. At the same time, you will build relationships with internal stakeholders and learn how technical insights translate into business value. You will work alongside experienced colleagues with both technical and business backgrounds, giving you the opportunity to learn from multiple perspectives and develop your own expertise.
