As a Junior Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for attracting new talent that will strengthen our team. You guide candidates through the entire recruitment process: from sourcing and first contact to hiring and onboarding. You work closely together with the to develop yourself within recruitment, employer communication and employer branding. Who are you? • You have completed an MBO or HBO education, preferably in a commercial, business administration or HR-related field. • You have 1 to 2 years of work experience within recruitment, sales, account management, relationship management or a similar environment. • You live in the Netherlands and speak dutch fluently. • You are communicatively strong and easily make contact. • You are not afraid to pick up the phone. • You work independently and take initiative. • You are result-oriented and enjoy achieving goals. • You are administratively strong and keep overview. • You have a commercial mindset and see opportunities where others do not. What will you do? • Actively search for suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment channels. • Write and publish vacancy texts. • Conduct intake, introduction and pre-selection interviews. • Build and maintain talent pools. • Approach potential candidates via phone, email and social media. • Organize and visit career days, events and networking meetings. • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding activities. • Ensure correct recruitment administration. • Think along about new recruitment strategies and labour market developments. • Support the HR Advisor with various recruitment-related questions.
