Do you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships and achieving results? Then this role as Junior Corporate Recruiter at Supply Value is something for you. As a Junior Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for attracting new talent that will strengthen our team. You guide candidates through the entire recruitment process: from sourcing and first contact to hiring and onboarding. You work closely together with the HR Advisor and get plenty of room to develop yourself within recruitment, employer communication and employer branding. Who are you? - You have completed an MBO or HBO education, preferably in a commercial, business administration or HR-related field. - You have 1 to 2 years of work experience within recruitment, sales, account management, relationship management or a similar environment. - You live in the Netherlands and speak dutch fluently. - You are communicatively strong and easily make contact. - You are not afraid to pick up the phone. - You work independently and take initiative. - You are result-oriented and enjoy achieving goals. - You are administratively strong and keep overview. - You have a commercial mindset and see opportunities where others do not.
