As a Junior Contract Manager in Alkmaar, you are the one who makes sure everything is in order: from the first agreement to the final extension. Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent every year. That means a continuous flow of new contracts, new clients and new challenges. You learn the trade in practice and progress towards increasingly complex responsibilities. No two days are the same. You work closely with recruiters, account managers and the financial administration. Together, you ensure that the collaboration between Hero, the professional and the client is properly arranged on all fronts. What will you do? What will you be doing? - Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts for our interim professionals and clients - Coordinating with recruiters, account managers and the financial administration on contractual agreements - Processing changes, extensions and terminations accurately and on time - Identifying areas for improvement in processes and actively contributing to solutions - Contributing to the further professionalisation of the contracts department Who are you? - HBO level of thinking and working - Accurate, organised and you thrive on structure - You work quickly and carefully, even when things get busy - Strong communication skills in Dutch - Available 40 hours per week, full-time at the office in Alkmaar - Experience with contract management is a plus, but not required What can you expect from Hero?
