In this role, you will work on diverse interior projects, from vision and concept to technical elaboration and realization. You develop creative designs, translate them into feasible solutions, and have an eye for materialization, detailing, and the user experience.
You are a key discussion partner for clients and build lasting relationships that extend beyond a single project. You immerse yourself in the organization behind the assignment, ask the right questions, and know how to convincingly substantiate design choices. You guide clients through the design process and are fascinated by the future of the work environment. You translate developments in the fields of working, meeting, and well-being into inspiring and future-proof interior concepts.
Depending on your experience, you take on a coordinating role within projects and guide colleagues in their development. You safeguard design quality, encourage collaboration within the team, and ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout the entire process.

• A completed Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or an equivalent education.
• At least 3-5 years (mid-level) or 5+ years (senior) of relevant work experience.
• You speak fluent Dutch (a strict requirement) and English.
A strong portfolio with compelling interior projects.
• Affinity with materialization, detailing, and the technical execution of interiors.
• Experience with project coordination and guiding design processes (senior level).
• You communicate easily with clients and enjoy building long-term collaborations.
• You are fascinated by the future of the work environment and translate developments in the fields of work, meeting, and well-being into inspiring interior concepts.
• Passion for interior architecture, architecture, and societal issues.
• Excellent skills in 2D and 3D design and visualization.

Coare is looking for a talented Junior Architect a strong sense of design, graphics, aesthetics and proportion. Are you bursting with ideas, enjoy working in a team but also capable of diving deep independently?
In this role, you'll be involved in various project phases, with a clear focus on early-stage design. You will develop creative concepts, assess their feasibility, and ensure technical clarity. You will also be involved in project coordination, both internally and with external stakeholders, always maintaining the design intent.

• 2-5 years of experience with proven design skills

As a Senior Architect, you are responsible for the architectural and technical quality of our projects. You lead complex design processes, manage (junior and medior) team members, and monitor planning, budget, and the integrity of the design. You feel at home in all aspects of the profession: from conceptual thinking to technical development and execution. You get energy from translating ideas into feasible, high-quality architecture.
