Secure the right expertise Discuss your needs Lead Instrumentation Engineer Discipline Responsibilities - As a Lead Instrumentation Engineer you ensure that complex offshore installations flawlessly sense and respond to what's happening. Sensors, signals, and systems operate reliably thanks to the Instrumentation discipline-even under extreme conditions. Whether it's an offshore wind platform or an innovative hydrogen solution. - You contribute to the design, review technical documentation, and guide the tendering process. In doing so, you work closely with other disciplines, coordinate with suppliers, and consult with clients. Quality and safety come first. - You continuously evaluate the work and look for ways to improve-again and again. You take responsibility for your work and for your team. - As a lead engineer, you head the instrumentation discipline within projects in the offshore and energy market. - You coach colleagues, maintain oversight, and act quickly when the situation requires it. - You work in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, understand the requirements of classification societies, and know when to push forward. Practical, clear, and always focused on substance. Requirements - A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO) in a technical field - At least 10 years of experience, including several years as a lead engineer - Familiarity with classification society rules and code design standards - Experience working in project-based, multidisciplinary teams - Good command in English.
