Secure the right expertise Discuss your needs part of The Specialist Group Junior Maintenance Engineer Discipline Sector Renewable energy Location Groningen Vacancy ID 86223 Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline. - 0-3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, asset management, or industrial maintenance environments. - Affinity with maintenance processes in industrial, energy, or process environments. - Basic understanding of maintenance engineering principles (preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance). - Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or participation in SAP implementation projects is a strong advantage. - Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance workflows. - Understanding of rotating and static equipment is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. - Good communication skills in English; Dutch is considered a big advantage. - Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop within maintenance engineering and digital asset management.
