A transformative 6 month (chance of extended training time) full-time traineeship program that will immerse you in the world of IT, equipping you with a deep understanding of technology and its applications. Hands-on software development skills: Gain invaluable experience in software development through practical, hands-on training that forms the bedrock of your IT-expertise. Expert guidance and mentorship from seasoned professionals who will support you as you navigate your IT career journey. Language training: enhance your proficiency in Dutch and English through tailored language training, empowering you to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Introduction to Dutch work culture by deepening your understanding of workplace dynamics. You will engage in a series of workshops focusing on essential soft skills, including presentation techniques, assertiveness, effective communication, and collaboration. Our traineeships are free of cost, we also compensate your travel costs and will provide a laptop if needed. Flexibility to travel to our training location in Amsterdam two days a week.
