In this role, you will ensure our internal teams have the hardware and software solutions they need to keep Kramp moving 24/7. Your Role As the IT Support Team Manager , you will play a critical role in managing the heartbeat of our IT operations. You will lead a dedicated IT Support team (around 12-15 FTE), ensuring that user inquiries are handled with precision and that technical issues are resolved promptly to minimize business impact.
