As a Compliance Investigator, you will: - Lead end-to-end compliance investigations into complex matters, including bribery, kickbacks, corruption, antitrust and rules of engagement issues, conflicts of interest, misuse of confidential information, financial and accounting misconduct, third-party misconduct, and other potential policy violations. - Develop thoughtful and effective strategies for handling sensitive allegations while maintaining neutrality, confidentiality, and adherence to applicable laws and company policies. - Deliver clear, actionable findings through fact-based reports and recommendations that can withstand legal scrutiny, address root causes, and support long-term organizational health. - Manage multiple investigations simultaneously while advancing matters efficiently and bringing them to timely closure. - Collaborate effectively with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to support consistent, fair, and well-documented outcomes.
