Vanderlande is developing a Global Data Privacy Management System to ensure consistent compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR across all business functions and entities. As an intern, you will support the Data Privacy Team by identifying and documenting data processing activities, validating information with stakeholders, and helping maintain accurate Records of Processing Activities (RoPA). You will also assist with Data Privacy Impact Assessments, vendor assessments, and data subject requests, while contributing to privacy communication materials, training content, templates, and intranet pages. Department Description As part of our continuous improvement efforts, we are exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can support and optimize engineering processes from sales design to delivery up and to service. Our department is responsible for translating the as sold sales design to a completely engineered baggage handling system, taking into account increasing customer demands. With systems getting larger and more complex, generating the necessary output for project execution is getting more and more complex. This internship aims to identify, evaluate, and prototype AI applications that can bring measurable value to our engineering department.
