As our Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers across Europe. You will learn the complete recruitment process, from attracting candidates and employer branding to interviewing, stakeholder management, and hiring decisions. This internship offers much more than administration. You will become an active member of the recruitment team and gain valuable skills that will prepare you for a future career in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Business. What You'll Do As a Recruitment Intern, you'll become an active member of our European Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. From day one, you'll work on real vacancies, collaborate with hiring managers, and develop practical recruitment skills with guidance from experienced recruiters. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple European markets • Publishing job advertisements and helping attract top talent through various sourcing channels • Screening CVs and identifying candidates who match our hiring needs • Conducting introductory phone and video interviews to assess candidates' experience, motivation, and fit • Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Supporting hiring managers and recruiters with recruitment administration and ATS management • Learning how to provide professional candidate feedback and manage stakeholder expectations • Participating in recruitment strategy discussions, talent mapping, and employer branding initiatives • Maintaining recruitment reports and analysing hiring data What You'll Learn By the end of your internship, you will have gained practical experience in: • End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition • Campus recruitment and early-career hiring • Working with modern ATS and recruitment technologies • Candidate screening and interview coordination • Recruitment reporting and data analysis • Candidate experience best practices • Stakeholder and hiring manager management • Employer branding and talent attraction strategies • Recruitment process optimization within an international organization Who You Are • A Bachelor's (HBO/Applied Sciences) or Master's student in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field • Fluent in English • Interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders • Strong planning and coordination skills • Data-driven and confident working with Excel and reporting tools • Eager to learn and take ownership of projects • Available for 5-6 months What We Offer • A hands-on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition internship in Amsterdam (next to Amstel Station) • Hybrid working model with flexibility between office and home • Monthly internship allowance of €650-750 plus travel allowance • Direct coaching from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals • Exposure to international recruitment projects across Europe • Opportunity to build a professional network with hiring managers and business leaders • A dynamic, international environment where your ideas are valued • Real responsibility and ownership from day one Why This Internship?
