Based in Amsterdam Noord, we create sustainable and stylish bicycles from recycled materials. Our Fair Factory not only produces high-quality bikes but also provides employment opportunities to people with a distance to the labor market. Tasks Your main tasks are: • Assisting in the design and development of new bicycle models • Assembly and testing of engine, gear systems and frame • Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on engine, gear systems and frame • Contribute to optimizing production processes • Working with the engineering team to solve technical problems • Documenting technical specifications and test results Profile We are looking for someone with the following profile: • Following a Mechanical Engineering degree at university level • Proactive, flexible and hands-on • Passionate about tinkering, building, making things and having things made • Available for 3 months or longer • Interest in building bicycles and circularity are additional plus points What offers • A dynamic and inspiring work environment in a growing company. • The opportunity to contribute to sustainable and innovative mobility solutions. • Practical experience in a real environment. • A young, professional and enthusiastic team. • Internship compensation • Potentially a permanent position in our team See for more info: www..life Interested?
