As an Accounts Payable Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience within Finance & Accounting while supporting and improving our financial operations in an international environment. You'll work closely with the Finance team, contribute to daily Accounts Payable processes, and gain insight into the more technical side of financial administration. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to take initiative, identify improvements, and develop yourself professionally. Your Responsibilities • Support the Accounts Payable team with daily operational tasks • Process invoices, manage supplier administration, and support reconciliations • Assist with AP-related month-end closing activities • Identify inefficiencies within financial processes and suggest improvements • Contribute to the optimization and automation of AP workflows • Work with financial systems and gain experience in technical accounting processes • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support smooth financial operations • Support process improvement initiatives within the Finance team From daily administration to process optimization, you'll play an active role in improving the efficiency and quality of our financial operations.
