THE ROLE As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to experience, learn and develop your skills within the HR team for the global functions (mainly Supply Chain) based in our headoffice in Amsterdam. In this role you will have a great opportunity to acquire a solid understanding of the different processes and supporting technologies at Coty. While you report to the Senior HR Director Global Supply Chain, you will be a part of the overall global HR team based in Amsterdam. Your responsibilities would be summarized around the following pillars: - Global supporting functions - Coordinate and support the organization of the global HR teams based in Amsterdam and in other locations, for example Barcelona. - Contribute to projects/initiatives from one or more of the global functions, for example in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion or recruitment. - Build a dedicated global functions communication calendar and produce any related communication activities relevant to the functions. - Identify creative ways of fostering engagement and collaboration in the team. - Talent management and capability development - Coordinate, facilitate and assist in relevant trainings for the functions. - Co-develop people related trainings on the dedicated supporting functions on Coty Academy, o...
