RESPONSIBILITIES style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"- -As a Finance Intern you will be working in the finance team of Amsterdam Hub which consist of 8 people. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Our entire team is based at Coty's Headquarters in Amsterdam-Zuid, the Netherlands. -We need you to support the Business Unit (BU) weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial plan development, budgeting process, variances analysis, management information process flow and special projects. -The scope covers both Consumer Beauty and Luxury businesses: -Support marketing business team with day-to-day finance activities and budget tracking -Support preparation & submission of financial forecasts into reporting tools -Lead initiatives to harmonize and strengthen financial dashboards -Oversee CAPEX Management controlling process and animate the merchandising team -Support on SOX compliance tasks to ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP; support reviews and analysis for corporate reporting purposes -Participate in special projects as needed (business integration, system implementations, global harmonization and standardization, other process improvements) YOU ARE A COTY FIT style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"- -Our people make us who we are.
