Inside Sales Van den Berg Hardhout is a stock-holding importer of tropical wood from demonstrably well-managed forests. This means we can be sure that the forests and their inhabitants are not made worse, but actually better, by our trading activities. - 32-40 hours - Lopik - € 2250 - € 3000 per month The role: You are the linchpin of our organisation. You support the salespeople in working out quotes and orders, maintain contacts with suppliers and the planing mill and make sure the stock records stay in order. You gladly answer the phone, but also notice when the stamps have run out and then order them straight away. You are a real go-getter. Your tasks: - Maintaining contact with salespeople - Working out offers/quotes - Contacts with suppliers and planing mills - Working out processing orders - Monitoring incoming and outgoing deliveries - Calculating - Receiving and transferring phone calls - Receiving visitors - Stock administration - Processing production and yard notes - Keeping track of and ordering stamps, printed matter, office supplies etc. - Sending wood samples + keeping track of stock - Attending networking meetings/activities - Devising and creating adverts and mailings - Website maintenance and management - Creating/organising project photos and descriptions The organisation: Van den Berg Hardhout is a stock-holding importer of tropical wood from demonstrably well-managed forests.
