Core responsibilities - Define, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures. - Conduct risk assessments and manage security risk treatment plans and reporting. - Oversee security controls across networks, endpoints, cloud services, and applications. - Manage incident response processes, including detection, investigation, containment, and post-incident reviews. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2) as applicable. - Coordinate security audits, vendor assessments, and third-party risk management. - Deliver security awareness training and promote secure-by-design practices. - Collaborate with IT, engineering, legal, and leadership to align security with business objectives.
