You will work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to the rollout of a unified security framework across Europe. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working within structured environments and has a strong interest in implementing, maintaining, and improving security policies, processes, and controls. Responsibilities - Maintain and continuously improve the Information Security Management Framework - Monitor relevant regulations and standards, including NIS2, GDPR, AI Act, Cybersecurity Act, and other security-related requirements - Support the implementation of security and compliance initiatives across multiple business entities - Maintain and enhance the organization's risk management framework - Lead or support investigations and response activities related to security incidents and data breaches - Assess and review the security posture of vendors, suppliers, and third parties - Coordinate and support internal and external audits - Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for security-related questions and compliance matters - Deliver security awareness initiatives and training programs - Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and security documentation About the company For an international organization with its European headquarters in the Netherlands, we are looking for an Information Security Officer.
