Additionally, you have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline. - Approximately 3 to 7 years of experience within an industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or production engineering environment. - Experience with Lean Manufacturing, process optimization and project management. - Strong affinity with manufacturing systems, production processes and data-driven improvements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Dutch is considered a strong advantage. - Permission to work in the Netherlands.
