The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Indian flavors, spices, and cooking techniques, and takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes consistently. In addition, Fresh Roti is also looking for a chef with strong experience in Indian cuisine. The chef should be able to prepare traditional Indian snacks and curry dishes such as samosa, pakora, biryani, and other popular Indian specialties. Knowledge of Indian spices, vegetarian dishes, and authentic preparation methods is highly valued. Proven experience as a Indian chef Strong specialization in preparing authentic Indian cuisine Experience preparing Indian snacks such as samosa, pakora, and traditional curry dishes Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu languages Passion for Indian cuisine and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and hardworking attitude Eligible to work in the Netherlands (or willing to relocate if applicable) What We Offer
