Your Role: Independent working chef -I Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Independently prepare lunch and dinner dishes from the Indian cuisine - Carry out mise en place and other preparatory tasks (cutting, mixing, portioning) - Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes - Apply and comply with HACCP and safety regulations - Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, and checking products - Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces - Contribute ideas for recipes, menu updates, and more efficient processes - Supporting and managing the kitchen assistants. We Are Looking for Someone Who: - Holds an MBO level 3 diploma work and thinking level. - Has strong technical culinary knowledge and skills - Shows initiative and can work independently - Can handle stress and peak busy periods effectively - Functions well within the dynamics of a restaurant team - Speaks Dutch or English - Is enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to learn What We Offer: - A variety of shifts - Friendly and supportive colleagues - Salary according to the Dutch hospitality collective agreement (CAO): €2,700 - €3,200 , depending on your experience - A pleasant work atmo...
