You lead implementation projects at major clients, optimise existing processes and ensure that Hero continues to sharpen its service offering. You are not an executor. That calls for people who think at a tactical and strategic level, are willing to set direction and are experienced in working within complex environments. What is MSP? MSP stands for Managed Service Provider. Hero fully relieves organisations of all contingent workforce responsibilities: from vendor management and contract administration to compliance, spend analysis and process design. What will you be doing? - Leading implementation projects for new MSP clients - Developing implementation plans, schedules and stakeholder analyses - Advising HR, procurement and hiring managers on process design - Analysing existing contingent workforce processes and identifying opportunities for improvement - Preparing and presenting management reports and optimisation proposals - Monitoring SLAs, quality and progress - Actively contributing to the further development of Hero's MSP proposition Who are you? - At least 4 years of experience within MSP, contingent workforce management, vendor management or workforce solutions - Demonstrable experience guiding implementation or optimisatio...
