The challenge As an Implementation Consultant MSP at Hero, you guide major clients through the implementation of Hero's MSP services. From the initial analysis to go-live: you lead the process and ensure the partnership gets off to a flying start. Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals with leading clients across the Netherlands, from large government organisations to technology companies and financial institutions. MSP implementations involve complex organisations with hundreds of hiring transactions per year. You understand their processes, know Hero's systems and know how to connect the two. Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually, entirely through its own strength. The MSP division is one of the fastest-growing parts of the business. More clients means more implementations and more work for you. What will you do? What will you be doing? - Leading MSP implementations at major clients (project and programme management) - Analysing procurement processes and translating them into Hero's service offering - Configuring and testing the Hero VMS system - Training key users at the client - Managing the handover to the operational account manager - Contributing to the ongoing development of the implementation process Who are you? - HBO or university level of thinking and working - Experience in project management or implementation projects - Affinity with MSP, procurement or HR technology - Strong in stakeholder management and change management - Independent and results-driven - Available 40 hours per week, full-time (partly at the Schiphol office, partly on-site with clients) What can you expect from Hero?
