Functie • Reading drawings and welding instructions, checking the pre-processing for shape, dimensions, and cleanliness, and making construction connections • In this role, you will be responsible for pre-processing and customizing plates and profiles • You will make materials fit by burning and grinding, and assemble workpieces using tack welding • Additionally, you will take measures to prevent distortion during welding and ensure the precise alignment and fitting of engine parts and structures, both onboard the ship and elsewhere Functie-eisen • A completed vocational education (MBO) in Metalworking, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field • Proficiency in welding techniques and other joining methods • A valid VCA certificate • A certificate for safely lifting loads (or willingness to obtain this) Aanbod • A salary between €3,000 and €3,500 • A shift allowance of 15.3% • We offer a challenging position as an ironworker, where you can work with various metal structures and techniques • You will join a dynamic team with plenty of opportunities to further develop your technical skills Solliciteren Are you the Metalworker we are looking for, or would you like to learn more about this position?
