Let's talk! - The Netherlands - HVE/HBO - Other Job responsibilities You are responsible for developing and implementing the QHSE policy and optimising and securing the associated systems. You perform audits, both within the company and for clients, agencies, and authorities. You report the results to the director. In addition, you register (near) incidents and ensure stricter procedures if necessary. Furthermore, you are responsible for: - Managing and coaching colleagues for proper compliance with the rules and procedures; - Advising the Operations, Customer Service and Commerce departments on quality, safety, and environmental standards; - You set an example when it comes to quality and safety in the workplace and make others aware of these matters. Requirements - Hbo degree (university for applied sciences) in Safety Science or Food Technology (or an MVK certificate and the willingness to also obtain an HVK certificate); - At least 5 years of relevant experience; - Knowledge of relevant standards and certificates (ISO 14001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP+, SKAL, Halal, and Kosher); - Knowledge of and experience with permit procedures; - Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English. - Applicants must be EU citizens or have the right to reside and work in the EU.
