As HR professionals, we contribute to the growth of our organization by managing the onboarding, development, and offboarding of our employees. You will join a well-organized HR Service Center, working together with five colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality HR service delivery. This is what you bring to the team You are an HR professional who understands how to balance people, business objectives, and operational challenges. You enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and know how to build strong relationships with managers, employees, and HR colleagues. Above all, you are a people-oriented professional with a hands-on mentality, strong judgment, and the confidence to drive change, achieve results, and make an impact. • Completed MBO (vocational college) or bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the HR field, preferably in an international environment; • Basic knowledge of payroll administration; a Basic Payroll Administration qualification is preferred; • Knowledge of and experience with HR systems (experience with AFAS is an advantage); • A proactive, independent, and eager-to-learn attitude, combined with strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and a results-oriented mindset • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written; • Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
