At Touch Incentive and Touch Local Loyalty, you'll have the opportunity to help build the HR organization of tomorrow. You'll work on strategic HR issues while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. From HR systems to job classifications and legislation, your work will have a direct impact on our growth. You will work alternately from our offices in Rotterdam and Tilburg, alongside the HR Generalist and HR Manager. What are you going to do? During your graduation internship, you will research and implement a key HR topic within our organization. Together, we will identify a topic that aligns with your degree program, interests, and our goals. Examples include: - Implementing a new HR software system; - Developing a pay and job classification system; - Preparing the organization for the Wage Transparency Act; - Optimizing HR processes and the employee journey; - Streamlining HR data, reporting, and workflows. In addition, you will assist with day-to-day HR activities and support operational HR tasks, such as: - Providing support for onboarding, transition, and offboarding processes; - Contributing ideas on onboarding and the employee experience; - Administrative HR processes and personnel files; - Support with recruitment and employer branding; - Stay in touch with colleagues and managers regarding HR-related questi...
