Your role and responsibilities checkmark Be involved in the entire recruitment and selection process, from drafting job descriptions to hiring new employees. Support HR tasks such as occupational health policies, evaluation meetings, and maintaining administration. Contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of HR processes. Execute a specific HR project based on your ambition, with full responsibility. Regular feedback and reflection sessions with the HR Manager to foster your development.
