HR & Compliance Coördinator (32 - 40 uur) Are you the enthusiastic account manager who can drive our global online and offline business with a customer-focused approach, and who works with the team to ensure a strong commercial and digital strategy? Your role: • Expand online business: You take the initiative to develop and optimise our online business, enabling broad growth. • Boost global sales: You strengthen our worldwide sales efforts, act as the first link between international markets and our organisation, and collaborate closely with your sales colleagues. • Achieve commercial results: You ensure that commercial efforts translate into increasing sales by collaborating effectively and supporting colleagues with analyses and advice. With short communication lines and cooperation with various departments such as marketing, product development, purchasing, and logistics, this role offers an enjoyable and challenging opportunity within a healthy and growing organisation. What you need: • Flexibility and teamwork: You work 40 hours per week in the office as part of a small, flexible team where both individual responsibility and teamwork are essential. • Proactive and accurate: With higher professional education (HBO) level thinking and relevant commercial experience, you take on tasks independently, think critically about your own work and that of the organisation, and ensure the effective execution of tasks. • Language skills and automation: In addition to Dutch, you have a good command of English, and German or French is considered an advantage. You have an affinity for online business and automation and are motivated to optimise and improve digital processes.
